I'm not really sure what female fit is 🤔
I usually just by unisex polo tops and work PPE although I do have "ladies" smaller size stc trainers and ladies trousers ......

It's a tricky one, yes but only after a rigorous risk assessment has been conducted....

A risk assessment will determine whether or not a restraint lanyard and harness should be used.
The likelihood, is not, as Berni said, but it really will depend on the task to be done and the environment...

Hi In a nut shell, NO There is a reason MHE (mechanical handling equipment) have 1 seat... There are various types of equipment available for tasks such as stock taking, the one that springs to mind is a Scissor Lift... Incidentally FLT instructors do not ride in the cab of a vna, with the candidate...

My advice would be to specialize in 1 or maybe 2 subjects....for example we specialize in forklift training ...and simply don't have time to deliver training in other areas..... So firstly decide what area you want to deliver training, and your company name. Once you've decided that, people on here ...

Just taking it back to basics, Clear up as you go method, if the panel had been placed in a specific area for such items rather than just lent up against the train, near a pedestrian route, then all would've been well. So going forward, to prevent this kind of thing happening again, any loose items ...
