Thanks Messy I called the fire door company who supplies these doors (not fitting them) and they said that plastic packers are ok as long as the voids are filled with rockwool or similar tested materials. We use an online system that is one of the better ones I have used. We use it for accident reporting, RAMS, audits, DSE and asset management.
