I'm glad its not just me who doesn't speak NEBOSH. I'm afraid I gave up on the diploma after 5 years of slog. Having this year off from study then going an alternative route. Not only can I not speak it I cannot answer in it either!

Engagement! Involve the workforce and they will take some ownership of the change. They may feel less "forced upon", although there are always those that are 100% resistant to any change.

I already have the NEBOSH Cert. I just cant get through the NEBOSH diploma so was looking at the NRCQ Diploma.

So I have failed unit D once more and to be honest I have had enough of it now, my time is nearly up on this and I really am not up for a full re-write.
