Scaffolding tie pull test

Sorry to be cheeky,

Does any one have a scaffolding tie pull test certificate / report form that i could have to look at. or be able to point me in the right direction.

i would agree that getting a line from the doctor saying he is unfit is where to start. if he is unfit to do overtime you have to ask if he is unfit to do his normal hours, not knowing the situation or what the worker is like you need to be careful that he is not using it as an excuse. on the other ...

don't be scared to highlight issues with others on site, we have recently turned sub contractor for a national construction company and i had to do weekly site reports. this is espcially important if it is one rule for one and one rule for another on site. just walk around the site and write down an...

Regarding the Epidemiological Analysis, we haven't had enough accidents to do this, so just put in a short report explaining i knew what one was etc etc. regarding the accidents, one of mine was from a few years ago, not sure what you do if you have never had a RIDDOR accident. i am doing my course ...

depending on what waste.... speak to your skip hire company, ours takes our skips away and then sorts all the waste at the depot. also gypsum have a scheme where they come round and pick up used plasterboard (or at least they used to).

if you want info for the actual kids, parents etc. the HSE has info called something like "kid safe"
