NEBOSH HSE Intro to incident investigation

Just wondered if anyone has any experience of the NEBOSH HSE introduction to incident investigation and what their thoughts are? I have just come across the course on RRC's site as i was looking for an investigation related course and liked the fact it was relatively inexpensive and can be done via ...

Morning / Afternoon.

Oh my days, i wish i could see single figure weather, its been well into the 30's and i was simply stood talking to a work party and the sweat was literally running off me.

On the plus side we now had electrolyte ice pops as part of the rehydration process

Re: Monday - 11 November 2019

I am the opposite here in that we are moving into summer and you can definitely feel it as the breeze has dropped and there is no where to escape the heat. it's been a day of report writing and a conference call later will have that boxed off for the trip and then onto tomorrow ...

Re: Safe? Not so safe?

i'd agree with some of the comments here, i think you can actually use social media to get your points across because a lot of companies simply don't want the bad press or bad reputation and respond better when it is done this way. I've seen ti countless times where emails and chats are disregarded ...

Re: Safe? Not so safe?

Am i right in saying that there is outrage due to scaffold standards being placed on wood and wooden sleepers ? I wouldn't like to comment as it is not my place to say from a picture as to what is safe and what is not but the use of scaffold boards or timber in general is a widely accepted practice ...

Re: Wednesday - 30 October 2019

Morning / Afternoon all

Largely uneventful day out here, other than me moving to the platform from the FSO which signifies the half way point in my 4 week trip so all good.

Got the usual heat with the odd shower but other than that all is good
