I agree about IOSH being described as tedious and outdated, I've found myself losing the will with them.

Hi folks. I noticed the qualification exemption for holding NGC states..."Qualification Nebosh General Certificate - Dated Before Dec 2009 Only (NEBOSH)"".

What's this about, why prior to Dec 2009?

Given the master/ servant relationship, I'd use employer/ employee with reference to visitors and contractors.
