Thanks bod :wave: I've started the gabapentin and its definitely helping. Early days so hopefully it will help more with time. Good suggestion about the old vino but I'm afraid that the 11 different drugs I take preclude this. Sigh .drunkensmilie but some of them have a similar effect :lol:

Thanks for all your good wishes. I tried out my new meds last night and I had the best night's sleep that I've had for ages. So that's a very good side effect! I've been diagnosed today with trigeminal neuralgia- does anyone else have this? It's blooming painful. Got some pretty new tablets to add to collection though :roll:
