I reckon "this always had been like that" as an excuse to avoid changes should be qualified as criminal offence.

Update. I waited a month for the security manager to react and some kind of feedback but he said apparently didn't have time to read it... I've decided that there is no point to pursue HS career and let reports like that dissapear... So I've sent email to CEO at head office. After a week the manage...

Howdy

Hi All,
My name is Zorro.
I recently seated NEBOSH NGC exam and not sure about results yet.
I'm not new to H&S as work and study security and risk management, so they organically blend together.

I think it would be very usefull to have proper H&S qualification as addition to the security one.

What would you do if found "bad things" during practical assignment?
