I used Sheilds for my fire cert and RCC for health and safety diploma both online.

Both do the range of NEBOSH qualifications.

I found indg417 a useful document. Obviously supported by HSE but also Institute of Directors who recognise that good health and safety is integral to good business. If possible a briefing on how poor H&S is impacting on productivity. Might not be bothered by the moral duty to employees but i expect...

I may be wrong but I think that as soon as you grit or put any kind of treatment on to ice you are taking responsibility for its safe use.
