Tried and tested Safety Competitions/)Campaigns

Hi all,
Had a little search before posting but looking for some ideas for good tried and tested safety campaigns/ competitions?

Got a few ideas for topics such as spot the hazards, mental health, safety barrier etc but interested in other ideas that have been tried and tested.

Appreciate any advice.
