GM H&S Objectives
Does anyone have a good set of objectives to give to a site General Manager, I do not want accident related objectives but perhaps more unusual ones, ones that encourage engagement and get GM's more involved in H&S in general.

I do have one but I want to have / include some specific questions for departmental heads to use that directs them clearly to consider the relevant aspects rather than leave it up to people to think what things to consider ie I want to tailor it so that they consider in more detail the issues.
