HI again, Looking at "but for" what about if the person falling over and say smashing up their brand new ipad as well as having the injury ? If the injury qualifies, would that mean possessions damaged too ? I guess the risk of injury is foreseeable, but the risk of someone damaging an ipa...

I am not sure, my company was running a course and I asked to go on it.
It's a good course, but in the exam ,as some advice you must refer your asnwers to the STANDARD, not soley the management Regs, HSAWA etc.
