Hi All, got my results in on over the weekend and achieved a pass with 88% if anyone is working within a process industry I advise you to take this qualification, especially for the introduction to management of change if you are unfamiliar with the process. we use this regularly but if you don't it...

basically the HSE are telling us that when we have a contractor in and they are carrying out the isolations the must provide us with a isolation certificate to assure us that the electricity has been isolated in the form of a certificate, this is where we are struggling to find the relevant instruct...

I am aware that when an electrical work is being carried out we must ensure the persons carrying out the "dead" work must provide an electrical isolation certificate but I am struggling to find the exact "rules" surrounding this is there any pointers to the clear legal definition...
