Re: COSHH And SDS management software
I have used Sevron for years and always found it to be a good tool - started with a new company recently and always subscribed to Sevron.

Re: Diploma - am I doing it right?!
You will be doing it right and you wont be the first person or the last to have doubts leading up to the exam - I am sure we have all had them. Unit A is said to be the hardest unit to take so best to get that out of the way. I did the Diploma but there is no way I could manage to study for 2 units ...

Hand Safety Campaign
Good Morning, I am looking to do a campaign on Hand Safety - I was hoping to get some materials from the IOSH website to support this but cant see anything - without breaching any copyright, does anyone have anything that i could possibly utilise (posters, powerpoints etc)
Thanks in advance

Re: Diploma Done: Over-All thoughts (Mine Only)
thought I would pitch in with my thoughts on this: I did the diploma in the following order - classroom learning for 6 weeks in 2015 Unit A - passed 1st time Unit C - passed 1st time Unit D - passed 1st time Unit B - failed with 43% and went down the EAR route - Nebosh upped my mark to 44% so still ...

Re: How did everyone get on? Unit A Exams
For info, the response I got when I received my results from the EAR is as follows: We are writing to advise you of the outcome of your Type 2 enquiry regarding your result from the 20 January 2016 NEBOSH National Diploma unit examination. Your script has been entirely re-marked by the Examiner on E...

Re: EAR Unit A
I got 43% in last years unit B exam - I appealed and they upped my mark - to 44% so still a mark short and I had to resit - I was gutted. It’s a gamble but worth taking in my opinion - you read on the forum that there can be people who get 40% and get the pass after going down the EAR route but as I...

Re: How did everyone get on? Unit A Exams
For those who have received refers today, don’t give up - you will get there in the end and boy its worth it. Also for those who have narrowly missed out, go for the EAR - you never know, another examiner will mark the paper and may find that extra mark or 2 - worth a shot though and if it goes your...

Re: Unit D Submission (old scheme) - Word Count
I wouldn't worry about the word count - mine came in at 23000 words and was fine - the only thing that will penalise you on words is the exec summary - do not go over the 1 page limit.

Re: what do NEBOSH answers look like .....................#confused
I would also recommend looking at the latest Examiners reports which are on the Nebosh website - there are always plenty of good information within these reports that may assist.

Re: NEBOSH diploma
The diploma is on a different level and is the equivalent to a degree - it is hard work for sure and you have to put in the time and effort to get through it - lots of helpful posts on the forum though and lots of people out their who are will to give advice - commitment is the key and if you get a ...
