My fault I should have been more specific. Driving is covered. I'm looking at general safety more so on foot during the dark i.e. entering leaving work, poorly lit streets, car parks, etc.

With the very current and serious topic of women's safety in mind. Anyone with an example Risk Assessment covering to and from work, notably in the hours of darkness. Much appreciated

I would appreciate if amongst my learned colleagues have any health and safety literature on plumbing and heating. I don't want to reinvent the wheel. I'm putting together risk assessment for boiler fitting and other plumbing works. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

All good points. The person this will relate to will be working at a reception desk within an office environment, who has stated he has an airborne nut allergy. Beyond that there is little more I can say. It's a new one on me.

Anyone know the application cut off date for the June 2018 construction NCC1 exam. Also, can I book direct with NEBOSH or do I have to go through a training provider.

The place in question has numerous issues which led to me giving a “high” Risk, irrespective of the door issue.

Hi All, I have a client who is utilising Automatic Sliding Doors as a final exit. Article 14 is clear that sliding doors should not be used as a final exit. The door is linked into the Fire Alarm system and according to the client (I haven't witnessed this) opens upon activation of the alarm system....
