A good publication is the BSI Managing Safety the Systems Way, implementing OHSAS 18001 using BS 8800 a practical book explains how the various elements in developing an occupational health and safety management system. Retails circa 30 GBP

Hi I did the bridging course to the Essentials of Safety and Risk Management at Strathclyde University. The university has the department of life long learning, I believe enrolement is Oct/Nov time. the Post Grad Cert/Diploma can be done distance learning/ attend the university 1 night a week option...
