Week 1 - Simply excellent tutor / trainer, ex-sergent major and his direct approach suited me well but not everyone ( 'This is what you need, this is how your going to do it , I'm going to help you - now crack on !!) think we have the same tutor. this approach definitely suits me too, great guy! ;-)
