Re: suspension trauma
Suspension trauma really kicks in when your casualty has had some kind of trauma - without trauma, the effect can vary depending on the individual. Re: MSc Question
So much I want to do and not enough hours in the day!! I have started going to 'Inspiringfuture' events in schools as well as governance in my local school so taking on a masters would preclude these activities. Decisions decisions!!

Did my AET 3 or 4 years ago after I started delivering EUSR SHEA courses. This started off for in-house only but has developed and I seem to run more and more and also run in my own name. These things can grow arms and legs!

Re: Work at height rescue plans
Stairway would be easier to carry down a casualty if required. Could the scaffold not integrate rated lifting points where a pre-bagged evac kit could be rigged to allow lowering of a casualty to ground level? The rescue plan needs to be reasonably practicable but should at least be in existence.

Fleet Safety Managers - Help Needed!
We have recently had trackers fitted to around 20 company vans and the software is up and running and very capable in terms of ability to produce reports and to historically (and live) look at journeys. Now we have the tool, it would be good to do something constructive with the driver behavior repo...
