Re: ISQEM

I agree with coldrops comments. Why ask people to join your group if there is no contact with regard to membership or the training courses. If an associations membership cannot get answers to queries or more in formation with regard to courses that they allegedly run, the so called association will ...

Re: coshh assessors course

Absoluetly right red, we use ISSOW on my platform so any all permanents involving chemicals are linked to the permit, so when printed out as part of the process the work force have to print a copy to go along with the permit and sign the COSHH assessment to say they have read and understood the haza...

Re: Hearing Protection?

Robosafe, I am presuming the chap has seen his GP and had treatment fo his ear infections. Re: ISQEM

The reason I am asking is that I have emailed them on a few occasions now for further information and never seem to get a reply to any of my emails.

They also have a downloads page which does not seem to allow you too down load............maybe I have too suspicious of a mind.

Re: coshh assessors course

Red,

I did an IOSH approved COSHH assessors course at West anglia training association, run over two days it was very good.

I'm sure there are plenty of establishments down your neck of the woods that offer the same service.

Cheers

Re: Dog barking - Noise level info required

Ian, you did'nt mention how far away from surrounding houses the compound will be.............noise level at neighbours houses, is pretty much irrelevant, whether noise levels are on the low side, the noise will still be classed as nuisance noise. If i were you I would hire a sound level meter and g...
