First of all, please accept my apologies for sending this email outwith our planned monthly newsletter schedule, but I have important information regarding your subscription to the HSfB Noticeboard. Secondly, if you have recently received Issue 75 of the HSfB Noticeboard, then you can ignore this email announcement. If not, this is your last chance! Please read on or you could miss out on receiving future issues of HSfB Noticeboard or winning one of the fantastic prizes in our monthly prize draws! You may remember from Issue 74 that we let you know of our plans to upgrade our newsletter delivery software? We have now completed the upgrade. The challenge now facing us is that (without going into too much detail) after transferring your email address to our new software, you should have received a confirmation email on 8 February. The confirmation email contained a link which you must click in order to activate/confirm your subscription to the HSfB Noticeboard. If you have deleted your confirmation email without clicking the confirmation link, or if the confirmation email found its way to your spam/junk folder, then you will not be subscribed to the HSfB Noticeboard! This also means that you will not be entered into our monthly prize draws! Due to one of the anti-spam features of the new email delivery software, it is not possible to re-send your confirmation email. This means that if you still wish to receive the HSfB Noticeboard and be entered into our monthly prize draws, you will need to re-subscribe using a different email address.
