Hi all,
we have a product inspection task where an operator visually inspects a product for any irregularity. it's carried out in a white room with a light box on a white product.
looking for some guidance on how long before breaks, how long the breaks should be, how long before I rotate operators etc. I have ideas but nothing to base them on lol
Thanks for any light... do you see what i did there .. anyone can shine on this.

Have you considered mental health issues?
White room with white light is a little worrying. Its a form of torture.
"White torture, often referred to as white room torture, is a type of psychological torture technique aimed at complete sensory deprivation and isolation. A prisoner is held in a cell that deprives them of all senses and identity. "
I feel a break every 45 mins should solve this. Just make sure they take the break in colorful environment with other people.
