Now sort of retired from the fire safety game, but doing the odd job here and there to keep my grey matter working and as I hate sudoku and havent got the back for an allotment

Just saw a youtube video on this by a guy in America who does computer repairs. He bought the parts to build his own e-bike and it burst in to flames on him. Apparently he asked for a specific battery from the company in China and paid extra for it, but they sent him crappy chinese versions instead. His video was about the fact that the UK have now made it illegal for those sorts of batteries to be sold here.
