Good Afternoon to all our amazing HSfBers.
Will - Don't know how you cope with these extreme temperatures! At least here we are freezing all of the time! Hope you are still taking the medicine and are almost free-from- 
(Always wanted to use that emoji).
The sun is shining with great gusto this morning and it is actually a good day for a little walk, not a big walk though!
My walking was a teeny-weeny bit of gardening for 5 minutes.
Whatever you are all doing, have a lovely weekend.
