Re: H&S Career - offshore
The main problem that you are going to have breaking into H&S offshore is a lack of experience in the industry. They are very particular about industry knowledge. I work for a training organisation in Aberdeen and we get requests for training from several companies stating the instructor must have offshore experience.
The only bit of advice I could give would be try to get a job offshore outwith H&S then try for internal transfer.
