Hi all, i've prompted a coordination meeting for our fire marshals/ wardens to review and improve/ coordinate our fire and emergency response etc.
does anyone have a suggested agenda or points that should be covered.

Update: taken a new job 
hopefully confidence and positivity will return with new challenge - scary though leaving current place after 16 years (6 years H&S !)

See if you can run a fire drill before your meeting and ask your wardens to review it at the meeting.
Maybe throw a twist in it and ask one of your employees to go sit in a toilet and see if they are missed.
Send a warden to lunch and see how things play out when someone isnt around.
Do something that makes them think about things in a new way rather than just regurgitating the same thing. They are more likey to engage than disengage that way.
Show them the clip from 'The Office' and the faked fire.
