Lucky/Foolish Demolition Worker in Russia

Post by Messy »

It appears some countries have a long way to go before they reach the UK's standard of H&S on demolition sites

Not exactly an unexpected outcome - other than this idiot seems to be unscathed somehow!

Do you know Messy, I was writing a post to put this in our FB page, but cancelled it, because, upon looking at it again, it looks as though this was made deliberately for Social Media!! Am I such a cynic nowadays??

Yes I agree Messy, we must check and double check everything on the web. How terrible is it though that some people think it would be a good idea to stage potentially life-threatening situations just to have people do a ....... ./thumbsup..

If this is real though!!!!! [smilie=smiley-faces-28.gif] [smilie=smiley-faces-28.gif]

I think it's relevant whether 'staged' for Social Media or not, for the simple reason that it could easily have been fatal.

Yes, you have to ask why it was being filmed; perhaps they imagined it was simply going to fall and leave him there atop of a concrete column, rather than jumping for his life, but the fact is that he did come very close to being seriously injured or killed.

At least it's not been faked on a computer like this ;) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FLdS34uv_Ys
