Hi All,
Does anyone have an example template or checklist of an internal audit of the Management Review and Internal Audits. I must admit, until a recent external audit, I didn't realise we had to audit these.
Thanks in advance.

Re: ISO9001:2015 Internal Audits
Hi Jules,
I'm a little confused as to your query?
If I read your question right, you want to internally audit the management review meeting and the other internal audits?
What does your external auditor want to achieve by doing this?
Having recently gone through the 9001:2015 transition this is not something that come up and as an internal auditor myself is does not make sense why you would want/need to do this
I would be interested to hear the reasoning of the auditor...
Best Regards
Glen

Re: ISO9001:2015 Internal Audits
Hi
I can only imagine the auditor means you should internally audit your own management system, i.e. internal audits like mentioned.
When I audit both the clauses I will do the following:
Audits - I check evidence that a schedule is in in place, internal audits are carried out, actions are put in place and followed through.
Management review - are management reviews done? Do top management attend/ contribute? Are all the required inputs/ outputs as per the standard in the management review?
This is all I can think your auditor is meaning?
Nick

Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.
