Health & Safety Climate Surveys

Morning all,

I am looking at the company culture where I currently work, and want to demonstrate this to senior mgmt through the use of a climate survey. The problem I have is that they won't pay for anything official so I need to try and create it myself - has anyone else had this problem recently?

I have searched the forum and a lot of people in the past have pointed to using the HSL tool, and a few have given their details so they could send them a sample - is anyone still out there that could do this as I know it was a few years ago? All I am looking for is a simple survey that I can use as a base to create my own and develop it to match my organisation requirements.
