The 3 day reporting criteria has now been replaced with 7 days.
Before if a worker was off work for 3 or more days it was reportable to the HSE, now this is 7 days. If you have someone off work for 3 days, it is still recordable but not reportable. That is it goes in your statistics but doesnt require to be reported to the HSE.
Does that make it any clearer for you?

Re: Riddor Question
Whilst I couldnt comment on your course provider as I have not had any dealings with them, I would let them know of the discrepancies though.Scottwood75 wrote:Its full of spelling mistakes, grammar errors, words missing from sentances and now out of date info.
The training questions are asking for information that has not been covered in the course content...... I have already complained once. I might ask for a refund.
