Open top IBC with polymer basted waste in

Post by DaveJ »

Wonder if anyone can help. I have 5 x IBC's that have had the tops cut of and then filled with semi solid PVA. I have tried to have it pumped out by a waste contractor but it is to thick and know one is willing to take it way in the IBC's unless they are sealed. Anyone have any ideas.

Thanks in advance

Dave

IBC's are like 1m cubic plastic containers on a metal pallet. However other than wrapping the tops of them for the waste company I cant see any other way other than the lengthy decanting ;)

Thank you Will ./thumbsup.. clapclap

I have no clue so please bear with - pic suggests a closed container normally? .scratch
If so, good to go to waste provider per contract / agreement , as 'contained' and all other requirements ?

Why would one cut the top of the container off?

Trying not to go too far from the original query - davej, :)

However - "There is no such thing as a "stupid" or "daft" health and safety question!" on this forum so will try to work this one out ;)

Hi,

The staff cut the top of the IBC so they could get the product in using shovels. I know it sounds daft but I was not in work at the time to stop them. It was to late by the time i found out.
