Hi Penners,

What type of device are you using, PC, Tablet, Phone? I don't recognise the layout; I'm guessing it might be a PC/laptop with Windows 7 or even 8, but since I'm still using Vista I'm not certain. :)

If I get that message it's either on the phone or Tablet because I've lost internet connection.

Either the WiFi is off or out of range or if I'm using the Phone on Data it's usually such a terrible service area it's showing connected but unable to actually transfer anything. The phone equivalent of having Dial Up Connection...

If your PC is wireless to your Router, are you near enough for a good connection? With the other things also not working it really does sound like internet connection is dropping out.

I thought it may be your router connection Penners, as I had similar router problems a while back. I had to get a new one. Sorry not much help.

What is your broadband? Phone line, cable or fibre optic?
Who is your internet provider?

A colleague has been have problems with his cable broadband dropping out a lot. No issues with his equipment in the house, just loosing connection from the provider

Has the computer done any updates lately?

Are you accessing Google through Internet Explorer, Chrome or other?

If through IE try downloading Chrome

Agree with Glen. Try Chrome.

Also, try cleaning out your Cookies.
