"The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) is changing the way the car driving test works from 4 December 2017.
DVSA commissioned the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) to carry out an independent risk assessment of the new parts of the driving test."
