Morning. A warm a drizzly morning in central London.

I am visiting an ex colleagues place of work to get a feel for how they manage fire safety across their organisation.

His team consist of around 18 fire safety professionals who look after an estate about the same size (in fact it's smaller) than the one I am solely responsible for!!

So I am going armed with a large exercise book and numerous pens to make plenty of notes!

Morning WB, Messy and all those who follow

Not too cold in the granite city this morning. The road users in this city astound me. Numerous drivers with these funcy cars that have daytime running lights.... meaning they think they have their headlights on and they don't, so the rear of the car is in pitch darkness and then if that wasn't enough a cyclist who was holding his mobile phone with one hand whilst cycling along, then felt the need to operate his phone by bringing it up to his face and using his nose on the touch screen. [smilie=smiley-faces-28.gif] [smilie=smiley-faces-28.gif]

Where are the police when these things are going on - before anyone says it - yes they were probably dealing with some far more serious, but the acts of these road users could still injure someone due to not paying attention properly. - Rant over.

Have a great Monday folks,

Wendo .salut

Good morning WB, Wendo and everybody else :D

I love the old nose trick to work the phone, but I usually use that when I'm out with the dog, gloves on and probably carrying dog poop

Have a poop-free day whatever you all get up to.

Good morning everybody,

Warm but exceedingly moist outside here in Harrogate, thankfully I am not required to go back outside till around 6pm tonight, so with a bit of luck it will all have left.

I appear to be fully staffed today, apart from the boss not being in, so a chance to catch my breath and look at some paperwork, through lurgy bleary eyes...still full of this snotty cold...had enough of it.

Have a good day all .salut

Good Morning Peeps. .cheers

Some cheery posts for a Monday morning with the exception of poor Wendo and those drivers who just haven't got the hang of "it is dark in the morning now!"

Warm smirry rainy morning here with loads of Blue Tits happily foraging every nook and cranny in my garden. :D Tons of them this year! :D

Some HSfB things to do, trip to Nurse with Son, back to HSfB and that is my Monday.

Have a great start to your week folks.

In regards to daylight running lights, I have them on my vehicle, and have once set off unthinkingly with out playing with that strange stick thingy that sticks out the side of the steering column, and also activates funny orange flashy things.....most German cars seem to have these deactivated these days!
A quick flash from the driver behind me quickly reminded me of my error and I sheepishly corrected my misdemeanor.
