Morning all,
Hope you all had a good weekend, and are having a great start to the week.
Not in a good place at the moment, for what ever reason my depression has hit hard this morning, so trying to keep myself busy and motivated at work so I don't think on it....easier said than done though.
Have a great week all

Good Morning old faithfuls SC, Nige and Tigger.
Good Morning all HSfBers.
Been offline from the site for a week and just returning today. Got a lot of catching up to do. Anyone who has sent me a PM, I shall do my best to reply by the end of today.
Tigger - Take care of yourself.
SC and Nige, PM will be with you around Teatime today.
Have to go out for an hour then my day belongs to HSfB.
Sun is out, but still this horrible wind.
Hope your Monday goes smoothly.

Morning all
Last couple of days of my early summer leave, its not been too bad weather.
last Tuesday's visit to Dunfermline was pleasant, and all the walks during the rest of the week have at least been dry.
Out for a walk later, down by Aviemore.
Have good day
Steve
