I didn't do the Diploma Morv, but yes it most certainly is worth the hassle with regards getting that special job. ;)

Hi Alexis,

Thought you might be interested to know that I got a referral for Unit B in January. Not unexpected given the ordeal of the exam but put an appeal in. Needed an extra 5% to get the pass. Didn't think I would get anywhere but thought why not.

Turns out I passed. Certificate came through this morning. Not had the result yet as ROSPA seem to have it hostage. But the certificate says pass.

Total surprise to get a pass especially with the 5% (6 marks ) needed. What's' even more surprising is this is the second appeal I have put in and got. Unit A I needed 3% and ended up getting a 5% increase.

I'm not complaining as a pass is a pass but it is making me question the standard of NEBOSH markers.

This is great to hear Morv! :D congrats

Very interesting and agree as to questioning the marking standards.

Thanks Alexis,

The confirmation came through I went from 40% to 48%. An apology from NEBOSH for the discrepancy in marks due to a marker not meeting the standards required.

Glad I got it, but annoyed that this is the second time I've had to appeal and got a large increase.

On to Unit C!
