NVQ Level 5 - Unit 611 Professional development & ethics in h&s management

Hi,

Does anyone have an example of Task D the SMART plan for the year ahead?

Also, is this worth doing retrospectively for the past year or will i need to wait another year from now to complete the NVQ?

Any help would be gretefully received.
