Re: Unit D - Hazard Identification Table Layout
Hi.
I completed my Unit D to the old standard earlier this year, for the hazard identification stage I did not use a table format as I felt doing so would limit what I wanted to say. Instead I used each hazard as a heading then talked about how each hazardous event could occur, who was at risk and how, the severity and implications for the business and any legal aspects which were relevant. I then scored each hazard using a 5x5 matrix which allowed me to prioritise each hazard, high, medium or low. This allowed me to select the two high risk hazards for my risk assessment, ensuring one was selected from unit b and one from unit c.

Re: Unit D - Hazard Identification Table Layout
I have used a table, I have Number, Rating and Detail.
Number - so I highlight I have more than 15
Rating - high, med and low
Detail - what the hazard is and how it is a risk to the business.
The top one from each is what I have then completed the 2 risk assessments on. Like you, still doing the old standard.

Re: Unit D - Hazard Identification Table Layout
Sorry for the late reply, I checked my results letter.
I scored 4/6 for both physical and non physical hazards, cant work out why mind you.
I covered at least 15 hazards across both Unit A & b ensuring all covered a different area.
