Hi Folks,

I am in need of some inspiration, can someone please point me in the right direction to answering the following questions for my NVQ. My mind has gone completly blank.

How I identified & apply the H&S statutory requirements regarding loss event investigations.

and

How external factors influenced the identification & application of H&S statutory reporting requirements.
