Tuesday - 18 September 2018

Exactly what the title implies...pop in and say "good morning" or even "good evening" and tell us what's on the cards for today or how your day went.

Morning All

A horrible night (and morning so far) of strong winds and driving rain :(

Hopefully try and stay office bound today and complete RAMS for working on a Network Rail bridge and another for digging close to a medium pressure gas pipeline ../.

Have a great Tuesday ./thumbsup..

Good Morning Will, Wendo, SC, CAD, WB and all who enter today. .cheers

Missing in action yesterday. Apologies fellow morningers. :notworthy:

Lull before the storm in the Central belt. So very calm and warm. .pale

I awoke with a smile on my face this morning and cannot for the life of me recollect what the dream must have been about to cause that!

To-do list this to attack this morning, created from numerous unusual telephone calls last evening. .scratch

Whatever your day, stay dry and safe in the forcasted gales.

SC - Are you REALLY going to travel on the sea up there today? Stay safe. .salut

Well what a time I've been having recently.
At the weekend, my Morris Minor broke down on the A1, and I had to be recovered home as it was the electronic ignition, the only modern bit on the ruddy car! So awaiting parts for that, which haven't come in today's post.
I'n supposed to be at a Networking event this morning, but multiple circumstances have conspired against me regarding car availability, including the Moggie being off the road. Long story that I'll not bore you with...
Then this morning I got a bit of a strange email, regarding a project I've been involved with.
Turns out the Project Management company, for whom I've been doing fortnightly H&S Inspections on a building conversion, have gone under, but the end client is going to pick up remaining invoices. :)
The project is many weeks overdue and although my involvement should have ceased by now, it looks like the end client will require at least one more site visit, so there might be a silver lining after all.
