Good morning all and welcome to the end of another working week for some
Can someone please apply a hand break to life, it seems to be shooting past with alarming speed.
The only thing that appears to be dragging its ugly feet is HR from my old work, STILL to hear from them with my settlement/severance terms and agreement after 5 weeks. So am I right in believing that they still need to pay me until I see and sign said document (according to my Employee rights?)
Anyway, enjoy your day, plenty of black cats to bring you all luck.

Re: Friday 13 July
Good Whooooohoooooo for Friday the 13th Ady, WB, Nige and All.
Well.............had two Friday the 13th little glitches already and I am not superstitious about this date!
Took No1 Grandaughter to work and on my return journey something skited across a pavement on to the road and I clipped it with my front nearside wheel!! Stopped to have a look and steel bar lying on road. Luckily my beautiful unmarked alloys only have a black "tar?" mark.
Upon arriving almost home, I spied a lot of yellow drawings on the road of our local mini roundabout and doing my nosey, only looking at the lovely yellow drawings on the ground, I almost ran into the pavement due to my own fault this time. Quick swerve, adrenaline rush and all was well.
Busy driving day ahead for me taking Son for new car and dropping No2 Grandaughter back home (if and when I can get her out her bed ). I think I need to go have another breakfast to ensure the brain is in top condition prior to my journeys.
Whatever your day, stay safe.
Happy Weekend when it arrives.
