Beeeeeautiful morning here in the Central Belt.
Life has been manic over the past few days. As my Mum used to say, "I am meeting myself coming back".
Today I have a visit from a very dear friend so will have a few hours off this afternoon before entering again this evening to catch up.
Have sore tendons in feet at the moment and apart from walking on my hands, if anyone has any ideas to correct this, or take away the pain, I would very much appreciate it. Specialist Nurse at health centre yesterday told me to stay off my feet for three weeks!!
Whatever your day throws at you, just keep in mind how lucky we are not to have forest fires ruin our lives or worse still, molten lava raining down on us. So sad to see these terrible tragic events on the news. Thoughts are with all.
