loads to do today, people keep double booking me.... need a time machine!
today is unfolding to become a paperwork day.....

but first a glass of cold fresh orange juice, and some fresh to kick start me!!

Morning All from a gloriously sunny W London.
been off for a couple of days suffering from the dreaded man flu spent 3 days in bed before waking up last night night with the bed soaking and feeling ravenous
i did crawl in to work on Monday for my appraisal which went well

got a few nice meaty objectives for the year 1 of which is already done LOL

This morning has felt like a week so far! Awoke with very sore chest pains from an ongoing illness, followed by arrival of workmen (for keys to a property I am holding keys for) at 8am, who have done their assigned job in a courteous, speedy and professional manner. Finally managed to have a seat. About to make a wee cup of tea and some food and relax into HSfB the rest of today. I may even have a nosey out in the garden during my lunch time.
