then off to a vessel visit in the afternoon

. West London is awash with water this morning but its warm so is feeling very humid.

Nige - I wish I knew what humid meant and I could put woollie jumpers in the bin. Always "fresh" up here.

A bit of HSfB, late breakfast, out for an hour, lunch and HSfB again is my day.

IOSH training today which was fun, a good group with some interesting conversations. I find these days exhausting, maybe it's just me?

Hopefully you have all had a magic day whatever you have been up to.

Well it's been an interesting week so far, I've been on a union Reps course with a couple of days to go.

Bit out of my comfort zone as this is a workplace Reps course and I've only ever done H&S courses before. Back to it tomorrow.
