Howdy,
2 companies as separate entities but closely aligned as in Master /servant.(Servant relies on master for provision of a contract and Master supplies approves any expenditure).
Would the 'Good neighbor principle' apply if the actions of Master prevented servant from taking timely and effective action to prevent incident or none compliance.
