Hi Safety,
I'm presuming you mean the NCRQ diploma in applied H&S.
Like the NEBOSH diploma, it's a level 6 qualification (level 6 on the QCF framework equates to 9/10 on the SCQF)
This is recognised by IOSH as an equivalent qualification to the NEBOSH diploma in that it qualifies you for graduate & chartered membership of IOSH. Similarly, IIRSM recognise it for full membership.
