Hi all,
I am looking at writing up a training requirement procedure for new staff, so starting at the top, shift managers, team leaders and supervisors.
Anyone completed one of these that they would like to share.
So my thoughts are....for a new shift manager looking after distribution, the H&S training requirements would be:
1. Induction
2. IOSH Managing Safely
3. Accident investigation
What else?

Re: Training Requirements
I'd add to the list
Risk assessment (although IOSH Managing Safely does focus heavily on risk assessment)
Leadership training of some sort
Time management
COSHH Assessment (if relevant)
This is a list that could go on and on but the important thing is making sure the training is of value to the manager and the business.
