In order to further develop the business and aid in the delivery of capital projects for our key clients in the Water Industry by a separation of current roles, we are recruiting a Health and Safety Manager with experience working within a construction environment. This position is based from Penistone and includes auditing on operational sites throughout Yorkshire.
The Role:
•Auditing, Reviewing the existing BS ISO 9001:2015, BS ISO 14001:2015 and OHAS 18001:2007 integrated management system
•Continuously improve the companies HSEQ performances and standards
•Work alongside senior management to ensure H&S best practice
•Maintain HSEQ Management systems and accreditation's
•Collate and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies
•Reviewing CDM construction management plans, and undertaking site based audits of operation construction sites in order to verify compliance
The Candidate:
NEBOSH Diploma certified
Ability to lead and inspire others
Experience with management systems
Construction experience
