Perhaps not quite the right place for this but could't resist
Are Jingle Bells covered by PUWER?
Who has done Santa’s RA’s and MS’s for Work at Height, Manual Handling and Confined space entry?
Have certificates of training and competence in these subjects been duly issued by and registered with the enforcing authorities?
Are copies of applicable RA’s, MS’s Training certificates available for inspection?
Who checks Santa’s permit to operate a magical transportation device?
When was this issued and is it still in date?
Does reindeer poo come under COSHH?
As the sleigh is used in performance of work activities does it also come under PUWER?
Is it used solely as a works vehicle or is private use allowed?
Where is soot listed in EH40?
As Santa’s garb is clearly designed to protect him from the extreme cold whilst flying and operating in the upper atmosphere is it CE marked and suitable for this method of use?
Final thought.
There are over 20,000,000 homes in GB alone after a glass of sherry or port or in posh homes a measure of whiskey and a mince pie or other dainty treat in each one. Not to mention all the other homes across the world visited in the course of 24 hours. Is it really such a small wonder you only see him once a year.
Have fun, be safe and we'll see you all again in the New Year.
Just like the rest of the year Christmas is a baaaaad time to be taking risks
Santa has never had a recorded accident, be like him
Don't risk Santa bringing you a plaster cast for Christmas
Christmas is best enjoyed at home, not in hospital.
Don't be a spoilsport this Christmas keep yourself safe
