Hi Keith I use a very thought provoking DVD "The cost of accidents" backed up with a few slides which are dedicated to local events which have happened in the company and had effective near miss reporting took place then the event may never had materialised!! If you wish to borrow the DVD ...

Just to let you know i have had my results for the BSC level 6 Diploma Unit A exam today........and i got a Merit!!! so i am very proud of myself as i thought it was a challenging paper!!

The HSE provided a spreadsheet with RIDDOR injuries etc which broke into a national average do they not provide that anymore

Does anyone know the published dates for 2010/11 accident statistics which you can find on the HSE website???

I can only find 2009/10.....November rings a bell but thought i would ask the wise bunch on here

Just thought i would share the good news on this section of the forums, after i was given the challenge of getting 18001 by the board of director, 8 months of pain staking changes, a total of 12 days intense BSI auditing 1st stage and 2nd stage...........we were positively recommended for certificat...

Hiya Lia It was a weird day in the life of me yesterday!! i had the exam in the morning and its really hard to engage how i thought i did, then got back to work to finish off the 2nd stage BSI 18001 audit...for the exam i answered every question on the paper but could i have answered them better sec...
