Where can I find a list of the legislation that I need to learn?

I was trying to find the most 'fun' pieces of case law that I could.

I've got these three to get us started

smith vs crossley brothers
(Shipside [Ruthin] Ltd v T&GWU 1973)
Hudson v Ridge Manufacturing Co Ltd [1957] 2 QB 348

anyone got any others?

does anyone have the past paper exams i could take a look at?

thanks. why do i have to pay for these past papers and not the nebosh osh dip papers?!!! grrrr!

wow! that certainly is a little pedantic! haha, I hope that doesn't happen to me. Do you know how much they pay examiners?

anyone have experience of marking NEBOSH exam papers? Was hoping to find out examiner's experiences, good/bad. Thinking of becoming an examiner.
